"Titan Cares about Service A Titan Alarm rep came by my home last week and wanted to use my property as a reference spot for the company. At first I was resistant to him because I thought this was just another cleverly-disguised marketing ploy. As I let him continue though, I was surprised at his honesty, professionalism and the way he personalized things to my property. I just kept letting him go forward, and by the end, it made too much sense! The technician was dispatched the same day because I happened to have a day off and they were prepared to service immediately (that was nice) and was done within 90 minutes. It was almost too quick, but I inspected the work after the technician left the house (I'm an electrician) and it was a quality job. No complaints!
